April 14: Compliance Program Assessment

Compliance programs should be assessed annually. Most organizations conduct some assessments internally while setting guidelines for other assessments conducted by external resources. This course covers how to assess your organization's program and how to provide leadership to external assessments.

April 15: Strategies for Compliance Risk Reduction

While compliance programs have many purposes, the key purpose is to reduce the level of compliance risk to which the organization is exposed. This course focuses on specific strategies which reduce the risk of false claims being filed and government actions being initiated.

April 16: Building a Culture of Compliance

Corporate compliance is more about culture change than meeting technical requirements. This program explains the techniques for creating a culture of compliance, while addressing day-to-day compliance risks and normal program challenges.

July 21: Conducting Compliance Investigations

July 22: Legal Issues Boot Camp 04

September 20 - 21: The 2004 Best Practices Forum
