- Best Practices West: Benchmarking and Assessing Your Compliance Program
- This series of hands-on, practical
workshops focuses on the essential functions in effective compliance
operations. Topics include hotline operations, conducting internal
investigations, designing effective training programs (initial
and refresher), using media and other tools in training, writing
and updating a code of conduct and/or related policies, compliances
audits, and annual program reviews. Workshops focus on best practices
recognized over the past three Best Practices Forums and include
in-depth presentations and advice on how to implement practices
in both provider and plan environments. In addition, new practices
